OgaSchool ("we", "us") is an AI learning companion for African children. We respect your family's privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: the parent's name, email address and phone number, and each child's first name and class level.
• Learning data: questions your child asks Osofia, lesson history, practice attempts and assessment results, used to personalise their learning.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Paystack. We store transaction references and status, never your full card number.
• Device data: we store a device identifier to manage free trials and prevent abuse.

How we use information

• To provide and personalise the learning experience for each child.
• To manage your subscription and free trial.
• To send essential account and trial-reminder emails.
• To improve our lessons and detect misuse.

Children's privacy

OgaSchool is designed for children. A parent or guardian must create the account and manage it. We do not show advertising to children, and we do not sell their data. We only use learning data to help the child learn.

Data sharing

We share data only with trusted processors that power the service — our AI provider and Paystack for payments — and only as needed to run the app. We never sell your data.

Data retention

We keep learning data while your account is active. You can delete your account and your children's data at any time from the parent dashboard; we then remove it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your family's data at any time. To request a full export or deletion, contact us on WhatsApp.
